process: This work started with a dash of acrylic paint and plenty of water on watercolor paper to formulate pink undertones. Then, pencil was used to freestyle sketch Salsa, followed by layers upon layers of acrylic paint. The natural brown color that is more visible in the process pictures was achieved with handmade paint, containing crushed chalk, mixed with sunflower oil and an egg. These steps all took place in 2024. In 2025, this collage marked the first collage started from 2025 to 2026, in which 31 collages were handmade. Here, all papers that were glued on were cut of previous linocut prints, whether it be the black ink on white paper, or pink ink on painted paper.

In total, there are 34 collages in this deck, including Ten Wands, King Wands, and Queen Wands that were made in May 2023. 24 of these 31 collages were made on A3 paper, where often, every blank corner was meticulously filled with cut up, painted papers, glued on.
